1. Double jaw surgery for facial

Depending

for facial asymmetry involves performing surgery to repositioning the lower jaw
only. But if there is an issue with the inclination of the upper jaw, then the
surgery is performed by cutting the upper jaw horizontally and positioning it to
arrive at the desired inclination, and then by moving the lower jaw to the
center given the position of the upper jaw.
